Hi!

Thanks for the replies, the project I needed this died.

The idea was to display a lot of random-numbers on large displays to
imagine a "out of control" for a theater.
Also the displays should be able to show "controled" numbers, which are
received via the serial input.

Of course it is possible to send the "randoms" also via V24, but then the
display can`t run without a PC, which isn`t a good thing in theaters....

I tried the random with the timer and a 7555, which generates an interrupt.
that works fine for that job.
