It is happen to me as well - I always thought it might be the fault in our mail software. If I turn on my computer in the morning and receive a bunch of e-mails from the BASCOM board, then it takes some time and then I receive the same list again. I never get the mails twice in a row, it always takes some time.

are others getting all the posts to this list in doubles since the 17/6/2001 ?
