Hello: Thank you to all to answer so quickly. I have already solved the problem of the LCD. It was connecting it directly to the port P0 of 89C51, with the development system SE514 as emulator but I didn't see that this port is open drain and he needs of pull up resistors and those that are in the development system are not enough. Now it works perfectly. Javier Casillas
